My last day of high school.
I never thought this day would come, the day where I can finally say im done with high school. It doesn’t feel real, and it probably wont until they call my name and I walk across the stage June 2nd. Im going to miss a lot of people but I know that the memories we made will last a lifetime. I am about to start a new chapter in my life with new friends and new experiences and if you were to ask me 3 months ago if I was ready, I would have said not at all, but now its a different story. Life doesn’t come with a remote to pause time, you keep on moving forward wither you want to or not, and now is one of the most important times of our lives. Now is the time were we make life changing decisions, and sure some will seem right at the time and some might even seem a little absurd, but like my favorite quote says “Life is a journey not a destination”. So I plan to write my map as I go along, and I know there will be some unwanted detours and road blocks but thats all part of the journey. With this chapter of my life coming to an end, I can honestly say im ready to turn the page.
